Caribbean Beach Club incorporating Sandy Lane Golf Club General Information Sandy Lane Golf Club nestles along the banks of the beautiful Hartbeespoort Dam, surrounded by the magnificent Magaliesberg Mountains. Just a 60-minute drive from Johannesburg, Sandy Lane is an integral part of the very popular Caribbean Beach Club, which is situated in the Kosmos suburb. The estate has a leisure orientation with a golf course, a boating marina, water sports, swimming pools, tennis and squash courts. Visitors can also extend their stay as there are numerous local bed and breakfast venues located in Kosmos, only a few minutes drive from the estate. Accommodation rates are very reasonable and most of the B & B’s enjoy excellent views of the dam. Places of interest situated in close proximity are the local market, Chameleon Village, the Lesedi Cultural Village, an elephant sanctuary, a zoo and snake park and the De Wildt Cheetah Park. On Course Course Policy Visitors are very welcome seven days a week. Corporate golf days for either nine or 18 holes can be accommodated at highly competitive rates. All bookings must be made in advance. The club does not provide caddies, but golf carts and trolleys are available for hire. Course Rating Sandy Lane Golf Club is a par 70 course.
